UI
Where your people stay in control
The workspace shows the context and the prepared draft side by side. Nothing consequential leaves until a person approves it.
Octran Nexus
An AI workspace we’re building for mid-market teams. It brings business information together, prepares recurring work and keeps important decisions with your people.
Nexus MVP in development · Conceptual illustrations
A customer asked about an appointment.
The contact record and call details appear together.
Your team reviews the suggested follow-up before contacting the customer.
Suggested callback
“Hi Maya, we saw your call about an appointment. What time would work best for a quick callback?”
Illustrative example. No call or message will be sent.
Inside Nexus
Conceptual architecture of the MVP direction.
Inside each layer
What each part of Nexus does, shown as the work it handles. Conceptual illustrations of the MVP direction.
UI
The workspace shows the context and the prepared draft side by side. Nothing consequential leaves until a person approves it.
Skills & plugins
Skills describe how a task is done; plugins and connections supply the tools. They slot in and swap out without rebuilding Nexus.
Agents & modules
Task-specific agents carry prepared work between modules such as Books, TELE and RIVA, using the shared context.
Harness
The Harness runs each agent inside its policy and approval rules, and prints a trace of every step it took.
Ontology
Customers, invoices, documents, orders and rules as typed objects, with the relationships between them made explicit.
The workspace
Each module states what it handles, its posture and the action it may take. Illustrative view, not live data.
An invoice workflow
Books organizes invoice activity into an aging trail. Payment reminders and collection escalations pass through approval.
Invoice feed
Account terms and payment history arrive with the invoice.
InputsAging trail updated
Internal record of what is outstanding and for how long.
Prepared automaticallyReminder drafted
A payment-reminder draft with the reasons behind it.
Waits for approvalMoney never moves
Books cannot move money, waive terms or alter an invoice.
Outside its authorityBehind the workspace
The workspace needs to know what a record means, what happened before, and what needs your team’s attention now. Cortex, Ledger and Pulse are the shared capabilities we’re building underneath it.
Cortex
Connect the context a workflow needs.
Foundation
Ledger
Keep a record of decisions and attributed outcomes.
Foundation
Pulse
See what is waiting, blocked, or ready for review.

Integrations
Nexus connects to the software your team already runs through Composio’s catalogue of 1000+ toolkits, from inboxes and CRMs to accounting, tickets and files. No rip-and-replace.
toolkits via Composio
Toolkit catalogue provided by Composio. Which connections a workflow uses is agreed and confirmed during scoping.
Every workflow needs an owner and agreed rules. Define what Nexus may prepare, what needs review, and what stays outside its permissions before connecting the work.
Owner
agreed before any connection.
Read permitted records and prepare internal work.
Customer messages, bookings and payment reminders.
Move money, sign terms, override business policy.
Preparation can be automatic. Responsibility stays clear.
THE CONNECTED FOUNDATION
The connected part of Octran brings context, history and attention together behind task-specific work.
Context
Cortex is the shared context capability: relevant records, relationships and rules connected around the task.
History
Ledger is intended to carry the activity and decision trail, so the next piece of work does not lose its history.
Attention
Pulse brings workflow state and exceptions into an operating view, with consequential actions visible for review.
Bring a first workflow scope and a workflow owner. We’ll map the information, approvals and setup together.
